PowerWater® DNA Isolation Kit是我們使用了IRT創(chuàng)新專利技術(shù)，適用于各種商業(yè)化濾膜的新一代水樣基因組總DNA提取試劑盒。有了這項(xiàng)IRT技術(shù)，即使污染物再多的水樣也能輕松提取得到高質(zhì)量、可直接進(jìn)行PCR實(shí)驗(yàn)的大量DNA。你可以使用其它廠家的濾膜，也可以用我們含0.45μm 或 0.22 μm 濾膜的一次性漏斗(單獨(dú)有售）。此試劑盒使用了創(chuàng)新研磨珠套管及擊打方式結(jié)合IRT技術(shù)，可以直接處理47mm濾膜。優(yōu)化過的處理程序也使得最終DNA體積可以縮小到100μl。
